Lim Seng Sim joined DBS on September 1st 2010 as the country manager of DBS Singapore. Lim is responsible for helping the bank develop a more acute customer focus and better leverage the bank’s home market presence. Prior to this, Lim was president and CEO of Citigroup global markets Japan from June 2008 to December 2009. During this time, Sim was also a board member of Citigroup Japan Holdings. From April 2007 to June 2008, he was Citigroup country officer, Hong Kong and also Chairman of Citibank Hong Kong. His 26 years of banking experience has seen him hold a variety of roles, including in Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, New York, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong & Singapore.
