Steve Donovan is the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Regional Executive for the Latin America region spanning 23 countries. With over 27 years of experience in the transactional services industry, Steve is responsible for driving the business strategy across the franchise and delivering the regional P&L spanning the cash management, trade services, trade finance and Export Agency Finance lines of business in Latin America. Steve was appointed the Transaction Services Head for the Middle East & Pakistan late 2009 which spanned the cash management, trade services, trade finance, export agency finance, global custody and fund administration lines of business. This role was expanded on Sep. 2011 to include Turkey and the Central Asia NPC markets and Israel. Prior to his appointment in the Middle East, Steve was the Corporate and Public Sector Product Sales Head for the TTS business for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) based in London. Prior to joining Citigroup, Steve held numerous senior positions at JP Morgan across the Transactional Services businesses which included heading the EMEA Corporate Cash & Trade Sales business, International Commercial Cards Product and International Public Sector businesses serving in both regional and global capacities as well as roles in the commercial banking sector.
