Mohd Suhail Amar Suresh
Mohd Suhail Amar Suresh bin Abdullah was appointed as group chief technology officer and a member of its Group EXCO on 1 April 2015. He has over 30 years of experience spanning corporate strategy, business development and marketing, IT, and systems and applications architecture within the banking and telecommunications industries, both locally and regionally. Suhail joined Maybank in October 2012 as head of virtual banking and payments, CFS. In June 2014, he was appointed CIO, Group Technology. During his tenure in the role as head, virtual banking and payments, he launched Mobile M2U and successfully turned around the Maybank Group Customer Care in terms of operational excellence. He also contributed significantly to achieving several prestigious awards for Maybank.
