Gang Fu
Mr.Gang Fu, born in March 1959, is a senior economist with a PhD from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Fu had previously served as Chief of the Finance Division, Finance and Trade Office of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province; Party Committee Member and Deputy Head of the Administrative Committee of Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Area. He had also served in the Bank of Communications successively as Vice President of Jinzhou Branch, Party Committee Secretary and President of Yingkou Branch, Party Committee Secretary and President of Fuzhou Branch, as well as Party Committee Secretary and President of Tianjin Branch.
