Victor Lee
Victor Lee is currently general manager for SME banking at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) in Singapore, a post he has held since March 2008. Over the period of 2008 to 2010, Lee grew the bank’s operating profits by 60%, making SME Singapore the third-largest business in SCB’s network. Prior to his role in the Singapore business, he was with group SME banking working with SCB’s SME countries developing their deposit and treasury propositions. Before joining SCB, Lee spent six years with Citigroup within the SME space between the corporate and investment bank and the consumer bank, where his final stint was as director of CitiBusiness.
