Marc Moses has served as group chief risk officer at HSBC Holdings since December 2010. In January 2008 he was appointed chief of staff, responsible for all infrastructure in global banking and markets, after first joining HSBC in 2005 as chief financial and risk officer. In 1999, he joined JP Morgan as European chief financial officer and global head of the valuation control group. Moses started his career as an actuarial trainee at Sedgwick, before joining Bankers Trust. A qualified accountant, Moses was audit partner and head of the market risk advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
