Carl Wegner
Mr Wegner who is based in Shanghai is responsible for growing the bank’s GTB business in Asia-Pacific. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was the country head for transaction banking for Standard Chartered Bank in Taiwan. He is also a senior member of Pacific Sun Advisors, an independent advisor based in Hong Kong that specialises in alternative investments in Asia with a specific concentration in Greater China.
