Sharifuddin is the head of Singapore Consumer Banking Technology at DBS Bank, accountable for all aspects of technology for the Singapore Consumer Banking Group. He is responsible for defining the technology strategy and roadmap, and for oversight on all programmes, projects, and operational stability of all platforms. Sharifuddinalso serves as managing director andhead of Consumer Banking Technology Channels, Group Technology, and Operations. He manages a team of IT professionals on various consumer banking customer touch points across all of DBS Bank's key operating geographies.
