Tay joined ANZ in June 2015 as head of the Singapore Information Technology Department. Prior to that, he was head of the Singapore IT department of CIMB for four years, providing end-to-end technology solutions and services to meet local office needs in Singapore and chartingthe group’s IT vision and directions. He previously held several senior IT positions at various financial institutions including UOB Bank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Barclays.
