Born in May 1963, with master degree and an economist; had successively been the Deputy General Manager of Fuling Office of Sichuan Trust and Investment Corporation, General Manager of Fuling Stock Exchange of Sichuan Trust and Investment Corporation, President Assistant of Southwest Securities Co., Ltd., a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Chongqing Commercial Bank; now a member of the Party Committee and the President of The Bank of Chongqing.
