Mr.Fuan Li is Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. Mr. Li, a senior economist, is a graduate student adviser in PBC School of Finance. He had obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, an MBA degree and a PhD degree in Engineering Management from WuhanUniversity, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics andDalianUniversityof Technology respectively. He had previously served as Deputy Director of Policy & Legal Department of CBRC, Director of Banking Innovation Supervision Department of CBRC, Party Committee Secretary and Director-General of Henan Bureau of CBRC, and Director of Trust Companies Supervision Department and Non-bank Financial Institutions Supervision Department of CBRC.
