Victor Kuan
Kuan was appointed as chairman of Citibank Taiwan in 2010 and at 43, is the youngest head of a foreign-invested bank in Taiwan. Kuan joined Citibank in 1993 as a management associate, assuming the position of country business manager Taiwan in 2003 to manage consumer banking. With the successful acquisition of Overseas Chinese Bank, he was named president of Citibank Taiwan in 2007.
