Samuel Tsien
Samuel Tsien was named as Chief Executive Officer of OCBC Bank in April 2012. He joined OCBC in 2007 as head of its global corporate bank, where he was responsible for corporate, commercial and institutional banking. Since July 2008, he also oversees the International and Transaction Banking divisions of the Bank. Tsien has 33 years of banking experience and has held various senior management roles in corporate banking, retail banking and risk management. Prior to joining OCBC, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America (Asia) and China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation respectively.
