Paul To ccurrently head of digital banking at Hang Seng Bank, overseeing IT security, cost management, efficiency enhancement and aligning technology changes with business needs. Prior to this, he was appointed to lead the new electronic banking unit in 1997. Entering the workforce in the 80s, To was interested in technology and the IT industry offered many opportunities. He started out as a consultant and eventually moved into the banking sector, spending over 20 years at Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank before taking on the post of head of IT at Hang Seng Bank in 1995
