Mr. Edemir Pinto has been the Chief Executive Officer of BM&F Bovespa SA since April 1999 and serves as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Pinto served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bovespa Holding SA. Mr. Pinto served as a Member of Executive Board at BM&F Bovespa SA from April 1999 to May 2008. He joined BM&F in January 1986.
